Fantastic single storey roof replacement carried out last week in Rotherham, S60
Unfortunately our team was too eager to get started on this one so we were unable to take some before pictures.
* Existing concrete roof tiles and Velux windows removed
* Insulation installed to meet building regulations
* Boarded with 18mm OSB boards and carrier membrane installed
* Timber frames installed to allow for 2 new skylights
* 2 new skylights installed
* Flat roof fully coated in ResTec 2020 liquid roofing system
* All necessary trims fitted to finish
