Liquid applied roofing has many benefits over traditional flat roofing methods.

Liquid applied membranes are cold applied, this minimises the risk of fire hazards during installation, and enables the systems to be installed whilst buildings are occupied. This has meant liquid roofing has become the preferred choice especially on sites such as schools and hospitals. 

Liquid roofing is also idea for roofs with high detail, such as awkward up stands and pipe details, gutters, plant rooms or any other problematic areas that need to be waterproof.

This project was completed throughout 2020 on a large manufacturing plant without any works being disrupted in the building.
