Flat roof project recently complete for a commercial customer in Sheffield city centre, S1
Our customer chose to have a complete TOR fibreglass (GRP) liquid roofing system.
The area was washed and prepared, all defects were repaired and 3 new skylights were installed.
We used a liquid roofing system called TOR Elastaseal Z, complete with fibreglass reinforcement.
Fibreglass (GRP) liquid roofing can used on both commercial and domestic properties and has many benefits.
It is ideal for flat roofs as it provides a watertight, seamless finish that is low maintenance and will offer protection for decades.
Because of how the system is applied, it makes it a great choice for roofs with high detailing, such as awkward up-stands and pipe details, gutters or any other problematic areas that need to be waterproof.
